(1) Regarding the long-term Power Purchase Agreement between NPP2 and EGAT that is terminating on May 6, 2020, PP2 Power Plant operation has temporarily ceased. NPP2 had proposed Energy Regulation Commission to extend the contract. As well as NPP2, a member of Biomass Energy Entrepreneur Club, has proposed a solution to renew an agreement with the Ministry of Energy which currently under reviewing. Meanwhile, NPP2 always maintains the machine and engine in preparation to run the machine after the propose get approve and be able to meet the demand from new industrial customers.
